A deposit equal to the first night is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable at the hotel

For non-refundable bookings, the full balance is required at time of booking and is not refundable. Non-refundable rates are set at a 5% reduced rate

Deposits are refundable up until 14 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable

For cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a £20 admin fee

In the event of a no-show or booking reduction after the date of arrival, the full cost of the booking is charged

We accept stays of any duration

Breakfast is included in the rate for guests and there is no need to book

Breakfast is served between 08:00 — 10:00

We are committed to catering for all dietary requirements and serve alternative milks, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast

The same is true for our restaurant lunch and dinner menus

Parking is charged at £6 per night

We have spaces for guests in a private car park at the rear of the hotel located on Skidden Hill as well as reserved spaces in the St Ives train station car park which is very nearby

Parking permits are supplied by the hotel and required to be displayed for the duration of your stay and returned on departure

We have one parking space per room

We are no more than a five minute walk from St Ives train station. After a short stroll through and out of the station car park you will find yourself at Harbour View House

Check-in is from 15:00 — 21:00

Check-out by 11:00

Late check in is available upon request and we can store bags for early arrivals. Please let us know in advance if either is relevant to you

Harbour View House does not accept pets or children

We allow dogs in our cafe but not in our restaurant

We accept all major credit cards
